David passed away on July 8th, 2010.  He was living in Glen St Mary, Fl. at the time of his death.  David is survived by his wife, Pamela Chambers, his mother Sandra Chambers Bergeron, his children Alan Chambers and Heather Canaday and 4 grand children.  He was a member the First Christian Church of Macclenny, Fl.
