We are saddened to report that our beloved classmate, Eve Aptheker, age 74, passed away on April 14th, 2026 in Jacksonville, Florida. Eve attended Landon Junior High School prior to Englewood High School. Eve was very active as a Ram and a member of many organizations including Spanish Club, F.H.A., F.T.A, Golden Fleece Staff, and Student Council.  After graduation Eve became very successful in our local banking community.  Eve was also active in the Jacksonville Jewish Community. 

While in life, Eve made a very positive and loving impression on the ones who worked with her as well as her friends.

As we bid Eve farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Eve is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
