We are saddened to report that our beloved classmate, Janice Elaine Carroll Walker, age 74, passed away on May 14th, 2025 at Anniston, Alabama.  She was very active as a Ram and a member of Concert Chorus and Senior Singers.  After graduation Janice became a very successful hair stylist. Her success led to her owning and operating a very successful business salon, "J. Walker's", for 15 years prior to her retirement. In her spare time, Janice enjoyed spending time with her family and dearly loved them. She was a wonderful mother, grandmother, sister, and friend. Janice will be greatly missed by all who knew her and loved her.

Janice is preceded in death by her first husband, Roy Thomas; her second husband, Clair Walker; her son, Michael Thomas; her parents, Radford and Agnes Carroll; and two brothers, Cecil Carroll and Dwayne Carroll.
Left to cherish the memory of Janice include her three children, Barbara Shoff (Paul), Billy Walker (Kaitlynn), and Amanda Walker (Kenneth); eleven grandchildren, Donivan, Tala, Jayden, Dwayne, Bentley, Micah, Kyla, Kassandra, Maria, Joseph, and Charlie; one sister, Barbara Camp; twin brothers, Ronald Carroll (Sandra) and Donald Carroll; several nieces and nephews; her aunt, Betty Gore; her uncle, Frank Carroll (Catherine); and her "brother from another mother", Randy Stamps.

As we bid Janice farewell, let us remember her family and friends in our prayers. May we always remember our good times with her and the friendship she bestowed upon us.  We will miss you Janice.
