With much sadness it was reported that Lynne Coy passed away after December 2018. At this time no exact date of death or obituary were available. 

Lynne was loved and respected by all of her classmates.  After High School she attended college to attain her life-long dream of being a school teacher in Duval County Public Schools. She was highly recognized as one of the standout teachers of Duval County. G.W.Carver Teacher of the year 2000-2001, Region 2 Teacher of the Year 2000-2001, Top 1 out of 5 of all teachers 2000/2001. She was specifically recogized in 2001 as Sam's Club's Teacher of the Year 2001. Lynne was survived by her children Shawn and Shannon; Grandchildren: Haley and Mason.
