Bill was a fine, Godly man. Our paths came together in elementary school at Southside Estates. I always thought he was really a "straight arrow" kind of guy - no nonsense or mischief. Years later, he told me he actually apologized to Patsy when they began dating because he considered himself dull. He had that self-deprecating sense of humor. He came on strong as a hard hitting cornerback for the football team our final year. I remember he got the coaches' attention by foaming at the mouth during "hamburger drills.' Always enjoyed talking with Bill at the reunions. Missed him and Patsy at the 45th. RIP Billy. Save me a seat in Heaven - woud enjoy reminiscing with you.
