Passed away in June, 2004.  Employed with the City of Jacksonville for 20 years.  Survived by her son, Charles Simmons, daughter, Angel Pugh (Randall) and 3 grandchildren at the time of her death. Grave site:  Oaklawn Cemetery, Jacksonville, Fl.
