Brenda Sue Peck (Padgett)

PADGETT Brenda Sue Peck Padgett, 52, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 1, 2004. Brenda was a native of Jacksonville and was a dedicated high school educator in Duval County for 30 years. She was a member of DTU and Fleming Island Baptist Church. Survivors include her loving husband of 12 years, Mitch Padgett; daughter, Laura Colt (Jonathan); mother, Shirley Ann Peck; brothers, Arthur Peck (Mary Frances) and Warren Peck (Dot); 4 grandchildren; numerous nieces and nephews; many friends and former students. Funeral services in celebration of her life was held on Thursday, February 5, 2004,the chapel of JACKSONVILLE MEMORY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 111 Blanding Blvd., Orange Park, FL with Rev. Terry Gore officiating. Donations in Brenda's memory to the American Heart Association, 5851 St. Augustine Rd., Jacksonville, FL32207 would be ap preciated. Brenda was a loving wife, mother, educator and friend who will be greatly missed. Classmates are encouraged to make heart felt comments on Brenda's memory section. Thank you Sharon Still for letting us know of Brenda's Obituary.
